What we collect
When you ask for a fare or book a cab we collect your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number (if different), email address (optional), pickup and drop addresses, travel dates and times, number of passengers, luggage and anything you write in special requests.
If you pay us, we keep the amount, the payment method and the reference you or the payment provider give us (for example a UPI transaction ID). We never ask for, collect or store card numbers. Online payments, when offered, are handled by the payment provider on their own secure pages.
Why we use it
To quote and confirm your trip, assign a driver and car, send you the driver’s details, contact you about the booking, issue invoices and keep the records the law requires for accounting and tax.
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising by others.
Who can see it
Our booking staff. The driver assigned to your trip sees what is needed to do the trip: your name, pickup point, time and phone number. When you pay online, the payment provider processes the payment. If email messages are switched on, our email service delivers them.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that lets you open your own booking page without typing your phone number again, and a sign-in cookie for our staff. We do not use advertising cookies.
If we switch on website statistics, they count visits and button clicks in total; they are not used to identify you.
How long we keep it
Booking, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details through the Contact page. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep a record (for example an invoice).
Security
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Booking pages open only with your private link or after you confirm your phone number, and our admin area needs a staff password.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we update this page and the date below.
