If we cannot arrange what you asked for, we say so and suggest the closest option.
Hourly, full-day or point-to-point
Book a premium car for a single transfer (Bagdogra to a Siliguri hotel, NJP to Darjeeling), for a few hours of meetings in town, or for a full day at a wedding or event. For hill trips the car stays with you for the agreed days, with the driver’s stay arranged as discussed when you book.

Tell us the occasion, date, pickup and the kind of car you would like.
We reply with the car we can confirm for your date — model, year, colour — and the fare.
You accept the quote online; a small advance confirms the car.
Driver name, phone and car number reach you before pickup.
Service area and pickup points
We pick up from NJP Railway Station, Bagdogra Airport, hotels, offices, homes and event venues across Siliguri, and drive on to Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Gangtok, Mirik, the Dooars and the rest of North Bengal and Sikkim. We serve these places from Siliguri; we do not have offices in each of them.
How fares are confirmed
Every booking is priced for your plan: number of cars, hours, distance, waiting and any extras. You receive a written quote and accept it online before paying anything.

Which luxury cars are available?
Cars currently listed with us: BMW 5 Series, BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Jaguar XF, Audi A6, Audi Q3, Audi Q4, Toyota Fortuner (new model), Toyota Fortuner (earlier model). Availability depends on the date, so we confirm the exact car before you book.
Can I request a specific model?
Yes, write it in the booking form. We check whether that model is available on your date and tell you before you pay anything.
Is the exact model guaranteed?
Only once we have confirmed it in writing on your booking. Until then any model is a request, not a promise. If something goes wrong with a confirmed car, we tell you at once and offer an equal or better replacement or a refund of the difference.
Is a chauffeur included?
Yes. Every car comes with our driver; we do not rent self-drive cars.
Can I book a premium car for a Bagdogra Airport pickup?
Yes. Give us the flight number; the driver tracks the arrival time and waits at the arrivals exit.
Can I book it for Darjeeling or Gangtok?
Yes. For Sikkim the car needs the right permit, and some very low cars are not suited to every hill road, so we confirm which car can make your trip before booking.
Can I book by the hour?
Yes, for use within Siliguri, NJP and Bagdogra. A minimum number of hours may apply; it is shown on the quote.
