How booking works
Send the company name, contact person and the travel plan (or a spreadsheet of pickups).
We confirm cars, times and the fare; the quote can cover many cars and days.
Drivers and car numbers are shared before each pickup.
After travel you receive the invoice and payment record under the same booking.
Service area and pickup points
We pick up from NJP Railway Station, Bagdogra Airport, hotels, offices, homes and event venues across Siliguri, and drive on to Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Gangtok, Mirik, the Dooars and the rest of North Bengal and Sikkim. We serve these places from Siliguri; we do not have offices in each of them.
How fares are confirmed
Every booking is priced for your plan: number of cars, hours, distance, waiting and any extras. You receive a written quote and accept it online before paying anything.

Questions about Corporate Cars
Can you arrange multiple cars?
Yes. One booking can include several cars, each with its own pickup, time and driver.
Can you handle guest pickups from Bagdogra Airport and NJP?
Yes. Send flight numbers or train numbers with arrival times. Each arrival gets its own car and driver, and we plan around late flights and trains instead of a fixed clock time.
Can we receive one invoice for all the cars?
Yes. All cars sit under one booking reference, so you receive one invoice (PDF) and a record of every payment. Our invoices do not currently show a GST number.
Can we send a passenger schedule?
Yes — in the booking form, by email or on WhatsApp. A simple list of name, phone, pickup point and time is enough.
Will we get driver details before the event?
Yes. Once a driver and car are assigned, the driver’s name, phone number and the car’s registration number appear on your booking page, and we can send them on WhatsApp.
Do you support multi-day corporate bookings?
Yes. A car and driver can stay with your team for several days, in Siliguri or on an outstation trip. The quote states the daily terms before you confirm.
