When forty delegates land on three flights and two trains, the event starts at the airport. We plan every arrival, shuttle and return with your team, assign drivers in advance and run the day from our dispatch board.

Before the event
You send the itinerary: delegates, arrival flights and trains, hotels, venue timings and return travel. A spreadsheet is fine.
We plan it
We work out the cars, drivers, pickup points, pickup times, venues and return trips, and send you one quotation and one schedule to approve.
On the event day
Every car is a line on our dispatch board, grouped under your event: assigned or not, started, completed. Our dispatcher calls drivers when a flight is late and keeps your contact informed.
After the event
You receive the invoice, a trip summary of every car, and the record of payments — all under the same booking reference.

How booking works
Send the itinerary or delegate list and the event dates.
Receive one quotation covering every car, extra hours, waiting and tolls.
Approve it; drivers and car numbers are shared before the event.
After the event: invoice, trip summary and payment record.
Service area and pickup points
We pick up from NJP Railway Station, Bagdogra Airport, hotels, offices, homes and event venues across Siliguri, and drive on to Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Gangtok, Mirik, the Dooars and the rest of North Bengal and Sikkim. We serve these places from Siliguri; we do not have offices in each of them.
How fares are confirmed
Every booking is priced for your plan: number of cars, hours, distance, waiting and any extras. You receive a written quote and accept it online before paying anything.

Questions about Corporate Events
Can one booking contain multiple vehicles?
Yes — as many as the event needs. Each car is scheduled and assigned separately inside the same booking.
Can each car have a different pickup time and place?
Yes. One booking can hold several cars, and each car gets its own pickup point, time, drop and passenger list. You see the full schedule on your booking page.
Can we send a guest list?
Yes. Name, phone, arrival flight or train and hotel for each delegate is ideal; we use it only to plan and run your transport.
Can vehicles shuttle between the hotel and the venue?
Yes. Cars or Travellers can run fixed shuttle times or stand by for a block of hours; the quote lists the hours and waiting terms.
Will we get driver details before the event?
Yes. Once a driver and car are assigned, the driver’s name, phone number and the car’s registration number appear on your booking page, and we can send them on WhatsApp.
Is there one person coordinating everything?
One person from our office team is your single point of contact by phone and WhatsApp, before and during the event, and watches every car’s status on our dispatch board. Tell us if you need someone at the venue and we will say honestly whether we can arrange it.
Can we receive one invoice for all the cars?
Yes. All cars sit under one booking reference, so you receive one invoice (PDF) and a record of every payment. Our invoices do not currently show a GST number.
