What the fare includes
- Car with driver
- Fuel
- Tolls and normal parking
- Driver's food and stay on multi-day trips
- Short stops for tea, meals and photos
Not included
- Sikkim permit fees and entry tickets
- Detours to places not on the agreed route
- Hotel and meals for passengers
Waiting
- The first 30 minutes of waiting are free.
- For airport pickups, waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing.
- After that, waiting costs ₹200 per hour.
Night charges
- Driving between 21:00 and 06:00 adds ₹300 per trip.
- We avoid night driving on hill roads where possible, for safety.
Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund of the advance.
- Within 24 hours of pickup, the advance is not refunded.
- If a road closure stops the trip, we refund the advance in full or move your booking.
Payment
- Pay 20% advance by UPI to confirm.
- Pay the rest to the driver in cash or UPI at the end of the trip.
- We send a booking confirmation on WhatsApp with the car number and driver's phone.
Luggage
- See the car guide for how many large bags fit in each car.
- In SUVs, extra luggage may go on the covered roof carrier at no extra cost.
