Day 1: Pickup at NJP or Bagdogra, drive to Gangtok.
Day 2: Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir (permit day trip; local Sikkim-registered car used for this day).
Day 3: Gangtok sightseeing: Rumtek, Enchey Monastery, Ban Jhakri Falls, MG Marg.
Day 4: Drive down to NJP or Bagdogra.
